Service Fees
- Visiting or inspection charges are non-refundable once the technician arrives
- Service charges are non-refundable after service completion
Advance Payments
If an advance payment is made and the service is canceled before technician dispatch, a refund may be considered.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
